Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee landscape projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control the annual landscape budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Tender Process: Handle the full landscape tender process, including procurement, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Maintenance Supervision: Supervise daily landscape maintenance by in-house staff and contractors, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
  • Plant Health Monitoring: Monitor plant health and prepare reports as needed, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Min Diploma or 1 year experience in a relevant industry, such as horticulture, agriculture, or landscaping.
