About This Role:

As a Chiropractic Care Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients, assisting chiropractors with assessments and preparations, providing education on treatment procedures, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Assist with patient assessments and prepare patients for treatments.
  • Provide education on chiropractic treatment procedures and answer basic questions.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
  • Handle customer service and clinic duties.
  • Explain services and treatment programs.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Great attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in documentations.
  • Able to commit to working hours.
