Service Support Specialist Job

This challenging role requires on-site service support specialists to work at customers' premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software issues with Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs), as well as setting up machines for customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of MFPs equipment
  • Setup of printer drivers and scanning configurations
  • Update and record completed service jobs in a CRM system
  • Manage parts usage through the SAP system
  • Administrative support to the service team, including report updates and ordering of service parts
Requirements:
  • Candidates with their own transport are preferred
  • Related work experience is an advantage

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
