AI Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our AI engineering efforts and drive business growth through innovative AI solutions.

Job Description
  • Lead AI/ML Solution Development: Direct the lifecycle management of AI/ML solutions, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Apply Advanced AI/ML Technologies: Utilize sophisticated understanding of AI/ML technologies to design, develop, and substantiate applications that solve specific business issues.
  • Craft Machine Learning Strategies: Lead the development of machine learning strategies incorporating Predictive AI and Generative AI approaches to refine and elevate operational and strategic capabilities.
  • Advocate for Industry Best Practices: Select development tools and environments, advocating for the adoption of industry best practices in AI and ML project development to optimize performance and innovation.
  • Facilitate Technical Communication: Perform comprehensive analyses of engineering decisions, effectively communicating technical implications and ensuring alignment across the team.
  • Champion Collaboration: Foster collaboration among diverse teams, including data analysts, scientists, engineers, product managers, and business users, to define requirements and orchestrate strategic product roadmaps.
  • Drive Innovation: Act as a catalyst for innovation, staying abreast of the latest developments in AI/ML fields and applying this knowledge to drive forward-thinking solutions.
  • Lead Machine Learning Engineers: Take charge of a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, responsible for training, upskilling, and guiding their professional development.
  • Promote Ethical AI Practices: Ensure algorithms and machine learning models deployed are fair, transparent, and devoid of biases, enhancing trust and integrity in AI solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced Analytics and Engineering Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience: Proven experience in machine learning, data science, or a similar role, preferably within the insurance or high-tech industry.
  • Deployment of AI/ML Solutions: Demonstrated capability in deploying AI/ML solutions, including familiarity with the latest Generative AI tools.
  • Comprehensive Knowledge: Proficiency in programming and analytical tools, including Python, SQL, and Spark, as well as experience in guiding teams through ambiguity to deliver high-impact projects.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
