Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a wonderful salon experience for our clients, and increasing customer retention.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and attend to their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Feedback Handling: Handle and resolve customers' feedbacks and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Scheduling and Organisation: Schedule customers' appointments and other ad-hoc duties as assigned, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Cash Handling and Data Protection: Comply with data protection regulations and organisational security procedures for customer registration and credit/cash transactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance that suits our salon image.
  • Effective Communication: Possess good and precise communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Service Orientation: Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude and passion for serving customers.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in the beauty line would be advantageous but not necessary.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of SGD $25,000 - SGD $35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic team.
