Job Description:

In this position, you will collaborate with market leaders to design data-driven influencer campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement. You will be responsible for identifying optimal investment levels, selecting strategic influencer partners, analyzing trends, and developing best practices for influencer content and partnerships.

Your insights will directly impact our approach to influencer marketing, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of digital innovation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with local Japanese and regional clients to lead & support conversations around influencer planning
  • Develop influencer marketing strategies in collaboration with market team leads
  • Analyze influencer campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a dynamic and agile environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital planning or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices; influencer marketing experience is a plus
  • Strategic, analytical, and logical thinking skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience in critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management under tight deadlines
