About the Role

This role involves greeting guests, providing warm welcomes and farewells, and engaging with Fitness Centre patrons throughout the club area. You will also be responsible for providing refreshments, assisting guests with Personal Trainers, responding to feedback, and offering support to the Fitness Club team during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through prompt, courteous, and gracious service.
  • Engage with Fitness Centre patrons to enhance their service experience.
  • Provide refreshments and assist guests with Personal Trainers as needed.
  • Respond to guest feedback and take timely actions to improve their experience.
  • Support the Fitness Club team during peak hours and breaks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of GCE O Level qualification or equivalent.
  • Diploma in hospitality or Sports Management from a recognized institution is an advantage.
  • Prior experience working in a professional environment, preferably in Customer Services, hospitality, tourism, or the service industry.
  • Accounting knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • High energy level, excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is SGD 4,500 - 5,500 per month, depending on experience. Marina Bay Sands offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
