As a Demand Generation Specialist at ESET ASIA PTE. LTD., you will play a pivotal role in driving our lead acquisition and nurturing strategies. Working closely with the marketing and sales teams, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns across various channels to attract high-quality leads and increase engagement within our target market. This role requires a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in digital marketing tactics, campaign execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize and design a multi-channel marketing framework to run B2B programs at scale to drive pipeline conversion for APAC.
  • Conduct A/B tests on various aspects of campaigns, such as email subject lines, ad creatives, and landing page elements, to improve conversion rates and engagement.
  • Collaborate with digital and channel marketing team to localize HQ contents for APAC region to create engaging, relevant content that supports demand generation efforts, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, landing pages, etc.
  • Manage the lead lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions through the marketing and sales funnel. Work on nurturing sequences, drip campaigns, and other tactics to increase conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on lead quality and demand generation goals.
  • Support and collaborate with APAC channel partners/distributors by providing digital marketing guidance and ensuring alignment with global and regional campaigns.
  • Develop, execute, and follow through of lead generation programs utilizing best practices for successful customer acquisition and upsell opportunities for current customers.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. They should possess knowledge and proficiency in digital marketing, marketing programs in the B2B segment, with a focus on demand generation, lead management processes, reporting, and marketing systems. The individual should have expertise in defining, implementing, and optimizing lead management processes and related reporting and analytics. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights, are essential. Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights is also required. Results-driven with a strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting - a unique blend of business, marketing, and technical acumen. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and web analytics tools.
