Culinary Team Lead

Job Description

This role is responsible for the coordination of the culinary department. The primary objective of this position is to ensure seamless food service operations, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate records of food safety, employee training, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Coordinate daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  3. Liaise with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and optimize workflows.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
  5. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of respect.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Micros (POS) and Oracle systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage tight deadlines and adapt to changing work requirements.
