Job Title: Strategic Machine Learning Architect

Job Description:
As a Senior Principal Machine Learning Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced machine learning algorithms and models that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced machine learning models and algorithms to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of machine learning-based products and features that deliver significant business value.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code and documentation to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess a Master's degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or related field, with at least 10 years of relevant experience. You should have expertise in reinforcement learning, MDPs, stochastic control, or behavioral modeling under uncertainty. Additionally, you should be proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and have experience working with distributed computing systems or scalable training platforms.
