About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience as a practicing solicitor in Singapore. They will be expected to provide expert legal advice on a range of matters, including corporate and commercial law, financial regulations, and dispute resolution.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide legal advice and support to our business teams in Singapore, ensuring that all legal requirements are met.
  2. Assist with the drafting of agreements, contracts, and other documents related to our business operations.
  3. Liaise with external counsel and other stakeholders to ensure that our interests are protected.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in our legal processes.
  5. Develop and implement effective solutions to mitigate legal risks.
Requirements
