AI Portfolio Optimization Lead

We are seeking a skilled data scientist to lead the development and deployment of AI-driven portfolio optimization capabilities.

The role involves working with cross-functional teams to design and implement P&E solutions that deliver business value.

  • Develop advanced P&E modeling, forecasting, management, and optimization capabilities using data science techniques.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven business growth.
  • Design and execute plans aligned with strategic project objectives, leveraging agile methodologies.
  • Develop performant P&E applications through research and experimentation, ensuring explainability and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science, with expertise in quantitative reasoning and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of success in developing rigorous data-driven approaches to solve complex business use cases.
  • At least 5 years of experience in advanced data science roles, preferably in banking/financial services/quant/consulting industry.
  • Strong skills in end-to-end portfolio optimization, including data engineering, machine learning, and visualization.
  • Demonstrable expertise in deep learning and adjacent topics like reinforcement learning, causal inferencing, and probabilistic modeling.
