Job Title: Lift Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lift Management Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lift management, with experience in ensuring lift performance meets regulatory requirements. The candidate should also possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute lift testing schedules, manage defect rectification, and process cyclical claims.

  • Lift Performance Management:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all lifts under their management meet the required performance standards. This includes conducting regular inspections, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent failures.

  • Project Management:

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing lift testing schedules, including submitting test reports and verified defect letters to Engineers (LMU) for endorsement.

  • Defect Rectification:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing defect rectification, including communicating with Lift Companies, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that all defects are rectified within a timely manner.

  • Cyclical Claims:

The candidate will be responsible for processing cyclical claims, including reviewing contractor's invoices, submitting completed handling fee monitoring lists to EMS, and communicating WSH requirements to Technicians.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in lift management, with experience in ensuring lift performance meets regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute lift testing schedules, manage defect rectification, and process cyclical claims.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Lift Companies, Engineers (LMU), and Technicians.
