As a key member of the finance team at Keppel Capital International, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager - Group Reporting & Consolidation to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of quarterly reports for results discussion, as well as other key financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare quarterly reports for results discussion, including loan movement reports, cashflow estimations, and excess cash reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for various stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.
• Collaborate with the REIT managers team to prepare REIT managers schedules for announcement, MAS forms, and other related documents.
• Identify improvement opportunities in internal controls, processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and other initiatives as required.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of work experience in finance, preferably with audit experience from a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Experience with REITs/listed companies/group consolidation is an advantage.
• Good accountancy degree and analytical, resourceful, and possesses good problem-solving capability.
• Self-motivated, meticulous, able to work independently and a team player with good communication skills.
