Job Description

As a Project Finance Specialist in the Energy Sector, you will play a critical role in structuring and executing project finance deals for commodities, infrastructure, and energy projects across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and execute project finance transactions with a focus on complex cross-border deals, requiring expertise in financial modeling, credit assessment, and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop financing solutions that address sector-specific challenges, including regulatory and economic factors.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk analysis to ensure sound investment decisions, reviewing cash flow projections, project feasibility, and potential risks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key project sponsors, government agencies, and external partners to position Empower Partners Search as a preferred project finance partner.
  • Stay up-to-date on market developments, regulatory changes, and sector trends to provide expert advice to clients and maintain compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project finance, preferably with exposure to commodities, infrastructure, energy, and large-scale financing deals.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, and transaction structuring for project finance deals.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of project finance markets across Asia, familiarity with regulatory, economic, and legal factors.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage and negotiate with senior stakeholders and clients.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
