We are seeking a skilled AI and Machine Learning engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across departments to improve business processes and deliver impactful AI-driven outcomes.

Job Description

The role involves working on Generative AI and Machine Learning projects, utilizing expertise in designing for GenAI models, including metrics and human-in-a-loop evaluation. Experience in SQL, Python, Spark, AWS, supervised and unsupervised ML techniques such as regression, clustering, and tree-based models is required. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Data Science.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Data Science role, preferably within AWS cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with cross-organizational teams.
