Job Title: Nursing Support Officer
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our nursing team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinic manpower reports, handling departmental documentation, procurement, and asset tracking.
- They will also provide direct support to the Chief Nurse, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the nursing team.
- Manage clinic manpower reports, handling departmental documentation, procurement, and asset tracking.
- Provide direct support to the Chief Nurse, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Secretarial duties include coordination of meetings, minutes taking and notes compilation/dissemination.
- IT support management includes maintenance of user access, handling IT job requests, and provision of support during system audit.
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level/Diploma in any field.
- Possess at least 2 years experience in office administration/secretarial functions.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
