Quality Assurance Expert

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to work as a Quality Assurance expert. The role involves ensuring the high quality and reliability of cutting-edge contact center and unified communication platforms, and contributing to the seamless delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality assurance efforts for software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities.
  • Execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
  • Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing after bugs are resolved.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of work experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
  • Knowledge in industry leading test automation tools such as playwright, Cucumber tool or SIP and VOIP is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
