Job Title: Sector Landscape Review Programme Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sector Landscape Review Programme Officer.
This role involves shaping the community care sector landscape, developing practical resources, and strengthening capabilities across the community care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with divisions to develop and refine the Integrated Community Care Provider (ICCP) implementation plan for effective execution at the national and local level.
- Monitor and review the overall progress of the ICCP ground implementation, including grant administration, reviewing and analysing reports to identify trends and provide progress updates to sector partners as well as senior management.
- Drive key developmental workstreams such as care journey/senior experience, sector capability building, IT systems development, sector engagement and partnerships in relation to the implementation of ICCP.
- Foster collaborative relationships with MOH, internal divisions and sector partners.
- Support stakeholder engagement sessions and secretariat duties for key meeting platforms.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare or community care sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with effective interpersonal, stakeholder management, and written communication abilities.
- Able to work well independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments; capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrates flexibility in navigating evolving situations.
- Good working knowledge of project and programme management, including data reporting and analysis.
