Financial Advisor Role:
The role of a Financial Advisor involves providing financial planning and advisory services to clients, including retirement planning and investment guidance. The advisor will be responsible for meeting with clients to assess their financial needs, developing tailored financial plans, advising on investment opportunities, and monitoring financial accounts to ensure they meet clients' goals.

Qualifications:
Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills are essential for this role. Experience in Retirement Planning and Investments is also required. A strong understanding of Finance principles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also necessary. Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are a plus.
