This role involves conducting regular testing and monitoring of concrete raw materials and product performance, adhering to international test standards and specifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for product quality control, customer liaison, and achieving production targets. They will also educate staff and drivers on good quality control practices, conduct site surveys, attend coordination meetings, inspect equipment, and propose suitable materials and protection methods for large concrete pours.

Additionally, they will carry out mockup testing, install monitoring devices on site, assess concrete conditions, advise on proper finishing and protection for freshly cast concrete, collect and report real-time data, communicate corrective actions when necessary, investigate and resolve quality issues at batching plants and customer sites, and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Material Science/Chemistry or equivalent, have knowledge of concrete properties, admixture technologies, and applications, and proficiency in written and spoken English.

Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently with a positive attitude to deliver within tight deadlines.
