Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive valuations of businesses, intangible assets, financial instruments, and other entities using various approaches.

  • Collaborate with audit teams to provide valuation insights and support for audit procedures.
  • Assist in the evaluation of fair value measurements for financial statement disclosures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CVA, CA, CPA, ACCA) is strongly preferred.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in business valuation, financial analysis, or a related field, ideally within a reputable valuation firm.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment with all levels of personnel.
