Drive the Energy Transition as a Senior ESG Specialist

Delta seeks an experienced ESG specialist to drive the building and scaling of its ESG consulting practice across Southeast Asia. As a key member of our team, you will merge design thinking with business development capabilities to deliver transformative solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a regional ESG consulting roadmap, prioritizing high-growth sectors such as data centers, smart buildings, semiconductor manufacturing, and RE100-compliant enterprises.
  • Apply design thinking frameworks to create consulting methodologies and workshops for an ESG transformation journey for clients.
Market Expansion and Sales Enablement:
  • Tailor growth strategies for engaging key ASEAN manufacturing hubs (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia).
  • Profile clients for engagement on the ESG transformation journey and plan and execute targeted engagement sessions such as CXO breakfast seminars and marketing workshops.
  • Train and enable sales teams on Delta's ESG value propositions, ESG best practices, and how they can be applied to help clients succeed in their ESG transformation journey.
  • Prepare sales enablement toolkits for a unified sales messaging on the ESG transformation journey.
Client Solution Mapping & Business Development:
  • Lead commercial discussions with CXOs to identify pain points (e.g., fragmented ESG reporting, energy cost spikes) and position Delta's end-to-end solutions in energy management, automation, and energy infrastructure.
  • Work with internal stakeholders in different geographies to understand and apply Delta solutions in the ESG transformation journey, upselling and cross-selling them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Environmental Management, Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, Natural Sciences, or related technical field, with working experience of 4 to 6 years in related industry.
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks (IFRS, ISSB, CSRD, GRI, SASB) and energy management standards (ISO 50001).
  • 2 to 3 years deploying sustainability software and data systems is preferable.

This role demands equal demonstrated capabilities and experience in one or more of the following: ESG strategy, energy management approaches, business development, and commercial acumen to align client decarbonization goals with Delta's energy management and automation portfolios.
