Hospital Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned management professional to join our leadership team as Hospital Manager.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will share our commitment to providing exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets.

The Hospital Manager's role, in collaboration with the Chief of Staff, is to maximize productivity, profitability, and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational oversight of the hospital, including leadership of the team of technicians and receptionists.
  • Managing financial and business development of the practice, including budget management and key performance indicators.
  • Overseeing client care and ensuring client loyalty by demonstrating and training exceptional client service.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
  • A grasp of daily management of revenues, inventory, and payroll.
  • Two or more years of management and business operations experience, ideally in the veterinary medicine industry.
  • Prior veterinary hospital management or leadership experience preferred.
