About the Data Analytics Course

Our course provides learners with foundational skills in Excel, SQL, and Tableau to analyze data, draw insights, and present findings clearly. Learners prepare professionals to make informed decisions by working with real-world datasets and business scenarios.

As a teaching assistant, you will support live instruction and help create a smooth learning experience. You will assist learners during hands-on labs, guide them through analytics tools, and provide continuous support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support instructors during live sessions, including managing breakout rooms, moderating chat, and providing demos
  • Assist learners with exercises and labs across key modules: data cleaning and analysis using Excel, writing and optimizing SQL queries, creating dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
  • Respond to learner questions via our community and e-learning platform, offering technical guidance
  • Track attendance in compliance with requirements
  • Share learner insights and feedback to refine course content and delivery

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Tableau, guiding users through analysis workflows
  • Strong understanding of data techniques: cleaning, querying, reporting, and visualization
  • Ability to explain data concepts to beginner learners
  • Comfortable with online teaching tools, including Zoom; must have a stable home setup
  • Previous teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage
