About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for scheduling new appointments and managing rescheduling as needed, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • As a Customer Service Liaison, you will advise applicants on application procedures, eligibility, and related queries, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • You will create assessment numbers for new applicants without an existing reference, facilitating efficient processing of applications.
  • Additionally, you will provide guidance on payment matters and inform applicants of application or allocation status, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
  • You will also collect information on applicants' requests for early allocation to support further review, contributing to informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of GCE O Levels certification is required for this position.
  • Relevant experience in handling customer enquiries through phone calls is highly desirable.
  • The successful candidate must be a Singaporean citizen, aligning with the company's requirements.
