Manufacturing Quality Specialist

At the core of our organization's commitment to quality is a specialized team responsible for overseeing and executing internal quality assurance activities within our manufacturing plant.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor in-process quality, conduct inspections and audits, manage non-conformities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a robust internal quality framework that supports operational excellence, minimizes defects, and enhances overall product reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Key Areas of Focus:
  • In-Process Quality Monitoring: Conduct inspections and audits during various stages of PWB production.
  • Defect Analysis & Resolution: Investigate internal quality issues using root cause analysis techniques.
  • Quality Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
  • Process Control & Compliance: Monitor compliance with IPC-A-600, ISO 9001, and internal quality procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any Engineering discipline (Quality Engineering preferred) in a manufacturing environment
  • Min 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance activities/operational
  • Good communication, report writing and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills with ability to work effectively
  • Independent, decisive and good at problem solving
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred with knowledge of PWB manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
