  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, with 2+ years focused on IoT, automation, or connected technologies.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and their role in production or agricultural operations.
  • Familiarity with IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP), connectivity standards (e.g., NB-IoT), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic relationships across stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and convert them into business value propositions.
  • Experience in SaaS sales, hardware/software integration, or embedded systems is highly desirable.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Exposure to AMR systems, industrial robotics, or embedded control platforms.
  • Knowledge of edge computing, AI/ML applications in IoT, or data analytics for agriculture.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity in industrial or connected environments.
  • Multilingual or international work experience is beneficial.
