About the Role

As an Interior Designer, you will inspire and surprise visitors by presenting and communicating the IKEA home furnishing offer with strong visual impressions that exceed visitors' expectations.

You will use your home furnishing competence to create home furnishing solutions in room settings, homes, vignettes, and sales support areas that reflect a unique aesthetic.

  • Contribute to the creation of a Showcase portfolio that reflects a wide variety of styles, living situations, and price levels.
  • Ensure high quality, simplicity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness when planning and implementing all range presentation solutions.
  • Stay up to date and knowledgeable about home furnishings, retailing, and trends to contribute in workshops to generate creative ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Have 3 years of work experience in interior design with an education in interior design major.
  • Computer proficient with knowledge and experience of using relevant software (e.g. AutoCad).
  • A passion for home furnishings, retailing, design, and how people live at home.
  • Able to draw, visualise, and present ideas.
