Job Description: The Creative Copywriter is a key member of our creative team, responsible for developing innovative and effective advertising and promotional copy. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing strategies and objectives, as well as the ability to work closely with our creative and client service teams to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Advertising Campaigns: Work with clients and our client service team to develop effective advertising campaigns that meet their objectives.
  • Understand Target Audience: Understand the target audience and adjust copy as required to ensure maximum impact.
  • Contribute Innovative Ideas: Contribute innovative ideas that challenge the status quo and meet the client's marketing strategy.
  • Defend and Refine Concepts: Defend the strengths of existing concepts while remaining open to input and further exploration.
  • Anticipate and Solve Creative Problems: Proactively anticipate and solve creative problems to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with all key stakeholders to ensure messages are strategically and medically accurate.
  • Present Creative Work: Present concepts and creative work in an organized, professional, and effective style to clients.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on client expectations and meet objectives consistently.
  • Supervise Junior Creatives: Supervise the work of junior creatives and provide support as needed.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and share knowledge with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Decisive Problem-Solving: Exhibit decisive problem-solving ability.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team setting.
  • Market Knowledge: Working knowledge of product challenges in relation to overall market.
  • Computer Proficiency: Solid knowledge of word text programs.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing/advertising business experience preferred.
  • Regional Experience: Experience of working in South East Asia and South Asia markets at regional and local level.
  • Healthcare Experience: Some experience with healthcare clients.
  • AI Integration: Comfort with and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your work.
