Site Operations Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with project management, including monitoring progress and site supervision.
  • Coordinate and liaise with all relevant parties, including contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and company policies.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating works assigned by the project head.
  • Plan and arrange worker schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of rebar and bar bending works.
  • Responsible for assessing progress claims and reporting to management.
  • Supervise and coordinate rebar teams and assist in technical aspects of construction.
  • Monitor work and site progress according to schedules.
  • Liaise with project engineers and site supervisors on coordination shop drawings.
  • Advise construction foremen on sequencing and arrangement of work.
  • Communicate project progress to workers.
  • Provide regular reports to Project Managers on overall project progress.
Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in construction management.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
