Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in implementing ERP systems in a project management capacity.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language and database management to effectively communicate with the development team.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills for overseeing projects and managing involved teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with international teams.
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing emerging talent within the technology sector.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with experience in establishing guidelines for others.
  • A strong sense of accountability in decision-making and supervising departmental teams.
  • Experience in a collaborative environment, fostering a teamwork-oriented culture.
  • Managerial experience that demonstrates analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to anticipate challenges and proactively mitigate obstacles.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting principles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Odoo is a plus.
