The role of a Senior Landscape Architect is to lead the design and development of outdoor spaces for various projects, from hospitality and residential communities to urban and mixed-use developments. This position requires a high level of technical expertise in landscape architecture, including knowledge of site planning, hardscape, water features, planting design, stormwater management systems, and landscaping.

Key responsibilities include designing landscape architectural projects, developing progressive solutions to design challenges, and conferring directly with senior leadership in the development of design concepts and project implementation. The Senior Landscape Architect must also prepare and review production drawings and models according to established standards, and develop diagrams, renderings, and conceptual graphics with members of the project team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a post-graduate diploma or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, and at least 4 years of experience in landscape architecture and/or site design. You should also be proficient in technical software such as Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Illustrator, and AutoCAD, and have strong freehand illustration and rendering skills, visualization, and digital graphic skills.
