Customer Experience Manager

Coinbase Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Manager to join our team.
Job OverviewThis role will serve as the primary touchpoint and relationship owner for selected high-value Consumer customers, providing world-class service and support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value customers, handling requests through to resolution
- Collaborate across teams to address critical customer issues at the root cause
- Represent and advocate for the customer across organizations to drive impactful changes
- Champion clear communication with internal and external partners to align on solutions and drive results
- Onboard new customers to Coinbase and educate them on how to use their accounts effectively
- Motivated by Coinbase's mission and creating seamless customer experiences
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an enterprise customer/account management/advisory role in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of blockchain, infrastructure, staking, ROI/staking rewards, custody, and/or crypto
- Experience working with Google Suite and presentation preparation
- Fantastic communication skills to operate across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable to meet evolving needs of a high-growth organization
- Fluency in Cantonese is essential
