Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized professional to fill the position of Music School Admin cum Sales Support Executive.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate teacher schedules, student enrollment, and assessment fees.
- Assist the Centre Manager with administrative tasks, maintain petty cash records, and ensure the Centre's common areas are well-maintained.
- Collect and process payments, issue receipts, and receive applications for assessment or term fees.
- Perform various administrative tasks as assigned by the sales and marketing team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: Any diploma or related certification.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment.
