- Proactively identify and assess key risks across the global supply chain, including suppliers, manufacturing operations, outsourced partners, and logistics.
- Collaborate with functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Plan, conduct, and debrief mock exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans.
- Evaluate manufacturing and supply chain redundancy to ensure continuity of supply during disruptions.
- Lead the prioritization of investments and initiatives that strengthen the BCP program and overall supply chain resilience.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or risk management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or BCP-focused role.
Strong understanding of supply chain operations, risk management frameworks, and business continuity planning.
Experience with supply chain risk assessment tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).
Familiarity with regulatory and customer requirements related to supply chain continuity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and resilient mindset.
Highly organized with strong project management skills.
