  • Drive standards for coffee quality, workflow efficiency, and FOH cleanliness.
  • Support with ordering, stock management, and equipment upkeep.
  • Innovate new beverage development and seasonal offerings through collaboration with the team.
  • Be hands-on during peak periods to maintain smooth and upbeat service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior barista or shift leader in a specialty coffee environment.
  • Strong technical skills in espresso and brewing methods.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful in managing daily operations.
  • Passionate about coffee and eager to share that passion with the team and customers.
