Efficient Work Package Planner for Turnarounds

This role involves planning efficient work packages for turnaround (TA) work requests, encompassing multi-discipline equipment. The planner will be responsible for preparing and delivering Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Operations Support activities for TA.

The ideal candidate will deliver work packages that comply with the Planning and Scheduling process efficiency, integrating the needs and contributions of Reliability, Asset Integrity, Operations, and HSSEQ teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing work package plans for TA work requests to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Preparing Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Operations Support activities for TA.
  • Delivering high-quality work packages that meet customer expectations and comply with Planning and Scheduling processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in refinery and petrochemical industries.
  • Experience in turnaround, maintenance work control, planning, costing, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business sense skills.
