The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in group sourcing and procurement, with a proven track record of driving key initiatives and achieving strategic objectives.

This is a critical role that requires strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing strategic support in driving key initiatives, expanding sourcing capability, increasing participation and spend, delivering cost savings, and creating synergistic value across member operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of procurement experience, with at least 3–5 years in group or centralized procurement within a telecom operator group or alliance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in running multi-operator tenders, category strategies, and vendor negotiations.
  • Strong knowledge of group sourcing and procurement in a telco or telecom group environment.
  • Expertise in procurement methodologies, including reverse auctions, forward bidding, and e-sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba).
  • Certified Procurement Professional (C.P.P.) or equivalent certification preferred.
