A Lead Software Engineer Position
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to lead our development team in delivering secure, scalable, and high-impact digital solutions for the public sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing architectural direction, ensuring solutions meet security, performance, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:- System Architecture: Design and develop maintainable and high-performance systems.
- API Development: Develop and review RESTful APIs with a focus on security.
- Coding Practices: Promote secure coding practices across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Team Lead: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality assurance is effectively integrated into the development workflow.
- Cloud Deployment: Deploy solutions in cloud environments (AWS or Azure), ensuring alignment with best practices in cloud operations.
- Integration and Compliance: Ensure system integration with government authentication mechanisms and compliance with public sector security standards.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on software development experience in delivering full-stack solutions.
- Proficient in full-stack development (frontend & backend).
- Experienced in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, secure coding, and end-to-end SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
