Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Parkway Pantai Limited.

About the Role

  • To clinically evaluate patients and develop an effective treatment plan, incorporating evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • To collect and analyze relevant clinical data, providing recommendations for respiratory support and airway protection.
  • Administer therapeutic interventions to alleviate impairment or functional limitations and optimize patient recovery.
  • Ensure quality control on respiratory care equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct basic respiratory therapeutic procedures and diagnostic tests, as well as emergency and acute respiratory care procedures.
  • Implement and monitor continuous mechanical ventilator support and therapy, adhering to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, ensuring timely updates and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor, in line with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Holds a degree in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Possesses extensive experience in the field of respiratory, sleep, and neurodiagnostic testing.
  • Holds current BCLS and AED certification.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is SGD 80,000 - 100,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and life insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
