Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Talent Trader Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of trackwork projects. You will be responsible for planning inspection programs and adhering to quality control requirements.

You will conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO quality management system requirements. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Your daily tasks will include performing track inspections with clients and the construction team. You will also develop and deliver training programs on ISO quality management systems.

In addition, you will review materials for physical damage and ensure proper traceability to FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests). You will also ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating with LTA, SMRT, and suppliers to carry out material inspections. You will prepare daily submission of reports and rejection reports.

To succeed in this role, you must ensure that all equipment and tools used are calibrated regularly. You will also prepare concrete-related reports for submission to LTA.

Furthermore, you will inspect concrete sleepers laying and check for any hogging or sagging in the sleepers. You will train supervisors to carry out NDT tests on rail welds and closely monitor test results.
