About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DLP Solutions Expert to join our esteemed client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in optimizing advanced DLP solutions for a large-scale enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and fine-tune state-of-the-art DLP solutions to ensure seamless integration and maximum effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and manage an integrated reporting dashboard.
  • Develop and finalize DLP policies and rules in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, configuration documents, and build guides to support the DLP solutions.
  • Evaluate customer environments and validate prerequisites before implementation to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Configure and test DLP policies and rules to ensure effectiveness and compliance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and pilot testing, to validate solution success.
  • Provide on-site support for issue troubleshooting and resolution, ensuring minimal downtime.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise and deep understanding of DLP solutions, with a strong ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in information and cybersecurity or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong proficiency in MSSQL administration, with experience crafting and running complex SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with DLP technologies and other cybersecurity solutions is a significant advantage, as is experience with Windows tools, administration, and IIS.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and various stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills, with a high degree of adaptability.
