Tiling Supervisor Job Description

Objective:

Oversee a team of tilers to deliver tile installation projects on time, while maintaining high-quality workmanship and adhering to safety protocols.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Tasks and Ensure Quality Control
    • Direct the assignment of tasks to workers based on site construction progress, ensuring that all installation works meet approved construction drawings and standards.
  • Monitor Site Progress and Report Updates
    • Closely monitor site progress, reporting updates to supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Enforce Safety Standards
    • Advise workers to follow all safety rules and regulations while working on site.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Minimum secondary school education or higher required.
    • At least 5-10 years of tiling experience in construction projects.
    • Singapore driving license preferred.
    • Able to work long hours.
    • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with site workers.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Management skills.
    • Construction knowledge.
    • Tiling expertise.
    • Multilingual capabilities.
