Stranger Soccer is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in Singapore, revolutionizing the way people play football. With over 50,000 registered users and hundreds of games played weekly, we are expanding internationally through a license partner model.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking Official Hosts to serve as game facilitators and brand ambassadors. As an Official Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive game experience for our users, from arrival to departure. This role requires excellent people skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Be an ambassador of the Stranger Soccer brand at games
- Facilitate numerous football games around Singapore
- Ensure an outstanding game experience from start to finish
- Be ready to step in and play to cover for no-show players or hosts
- Report issues back to Operations Management
- FUN and outgoing personality
- Understanding and passion for football
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
