Job Title:
">Chief Investment Director

A highly skilled investment professional is required to lead our investment team.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing multi-year investment strategies for funds and development projects, chairing the Investment Committee, and establishing portfolio construction guidelines and risk management frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in investment management, portfolio analysis, financial strategy, asset management, private equity, development, or other financial service roles.

They will also have expertise in various investment areas, such as fund investment and alternatives, a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Engineering, and an MBA/CFA/CAIA qualification.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring portfolio performance against KPIs, overseeing asset management initiatives, refinancing, and exit strategies.

They will also approve development briefs, budgets, and procurement strategies, monitor project progress, and resolve key project risks and claims.

Additionally, they will partner with business development and investor relations teams to structure and market fund offerings, engage with institutional and accredited investors, and maintain transparent investor communications and reporting.

The role requires a deep understanding of development lifecycle and construction risk, excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities, and real estate experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm.
