Job Title: Concrete Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Concrete Truck Driver to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional driver who possesses excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. As a Concrete Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting concrete and other materials to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver goods to client premises: Ensure timely and safe delivery of concrete and other materials to designated job sites.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections: Regularly inspect your vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any issues to management.
  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items: Load, transport, and deliver concrete and other materials to clients or businesses in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure daily delivery fulfillment: Meet daily delivery targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items: Assist colleagues with loading and unloading items from vehicles as needed.
  • Cleanliness and maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and working condition of company vehicles.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 4 License: Possess a valid Class 4 driving license and have more than 5 years of experience driving a truck.
  • Knowledge and experience: Have sound knowledge of road safety regulations and be able to handle the working environment by driving concrete trucks and tippers.
  • Time management and customer service: Demonstrate strong time management and customer service skills, with a focus on providing excellent service to clients.
  • Professionalism: Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Qualifications: A clean driving record, sound knowledge of road safety regulations, working knowledge of local roads and routes, and effective communication skills are required.
  • Punctuality and reliability: Be punctual and reliable, with a focus on providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and goings.
  • Reporting incidents: Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management promptly.
