About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate Motion Designer to join our team.

This role will work closely with our Senior Motion Designer to develop engaging and visually appealing digital content across various platforms.

The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for design aesthetics, stays abreast of digital social trends, and is adept at translating ideas into compelling visuals.

  • Develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images, and videos, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, including the latest AI tools, to ensure the continuous improvement of digital content quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize content for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
  • Craft compelling narratives through 2D or/and 3D motion graphics to captivate audiences across social media platforms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing creative input and ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience with digital, design, or agency background.
  • Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics.
  • Possess a performance-driven mindset and have experience with performance ads.
