Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Toolmaking Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for designing, manufacturing, and maintaining high-quality tools to meet our clients' requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in toolmaking, with experience in progressive, compound, and 3D stamping dies. You will work closely with our design and production teams to improve tool manufacturability and maintainability, ensuring that our tools meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

In this role, you will also be responsible for conducting tool try-outs, tuning, and optimization of press parameters to achieve quality and yield targets. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues will be essential in verifying tools against CAD drawings and inspection results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Certificate or Diploma in Tool & Die Making, Precision Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in toolmaking, with focus on progressive, compound, and 3D stamping dies
  • Proficiency in interpreting 2D tool design prints and 3D CAD drawings
  • Experience working with tight-tolerance parts and challenging materials (e.g., stainless steel, copper alloys)
