Director - Procurement & Contracts Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our procurement and contracts management in APAC. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing our Commercial Partnership model in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and construction of commercial partnership contracts, including Memorandum Of Understandings (MOU), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Service Level Agreements (SLA) and contracts with vendors.
  • Collaborate with regional legal teams to construct all legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Research and screen the market for potential new vendors.
  • Leverage synergies through cross-commercial partnerships buying approach where possible.
  • Onboard new vendors and renegotiate with existing ones.
  • Establish a repository for uploading vendor contracts and managing validity/renewal of contracts.
